Q: What kinds of products can I make?
We currently support handbags, wallets, cardholders, crossbody and shopper styles.

Design & Development

Q: I don’t have a sketch — can I still work with you?
Yes! If you don’t have a sketch, Plan A is ideal. We’ll help with bag design and material planning.

Q: Can I use my own materials?
We recommend using our vetted vegan materials to ensure quality and consistency, but we’re open to special requests.

Sampling & Production

Q: What’s the MOQ?
Plan C starts from 30 pcs per style. Sampling (Plan A/B) can begin with just one piece.

Q: Can I revise the sample?
Yes, revisions are possible. We’ll quote accordingly based on the complexity.

Logistics & Payment

Q: Where are the bags made?
Our production partners are based in China with high ethical and technical standards.

Q: What are the lead times?
Sampling: 2–4 weeks. Production: 15–30 days after sample approval.

Q: How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and Stripe. A deposit is required before sampling starts.
