  We’ll start by understanding your brand idea, target audience, aesthetic references, and goals.
  You provide: idea, moodboard, inspirations (if any)
  
  
• Step 2 - Brand building (optional)
  Logo design, tone of voice, visual identity.
  You receive: brand deck PDF with logo, color, font direction
  
  
• Step 3 - Product concept design 
  We help design your first bag (or a full set), with functionality, form, and material considered.
  You receive: hand-drawn or digital sketches + review session
  
  
• Step 4 - Material Planning
  We propose vegan material options, colors, hardware, trims.
  You receive: curated material board (with sourcing options)
  
  
• Step 5 - Technical Pack & Pattern
  Our technician team translates your design into a complete tech pack and physical pattern.
  You receive: PDF tech pack + paper pattern
  
  
• Step 6 - Sample Production
  We coordinate with our production team to create your prototype.
  You receive: your first functional sample
  
  
• Step 7 - Packaging & Labels (Optional)
  We can help develop sustainable packaging and sewn labels based on your branding.
