At BUNNI, we designed a simple, flexible and transparent workflow tailored for emerging designers and small brands. Whether you’re starting from scratch or ready to sample, here’s how the process unfolds:

Step 1.Submit Your Idea

Send us a sketch, moodboard, reference image or just a rough idea. We’ll guide you from there.

Step 2. Initial Review & Plan Match

We help determine which Plan (A, B or C) best fits your needs and budget.

Step 3. Design Development (Plan A)

From creative direction to full bag design + brand deck (if needed).

Step 4. Technical Development

We prepare the tech pack and pattern to translate your idea into real specifications.

Step 5.Material Selection

Choose from our curated range of vegan leathers, hardware, and trims.

Step 6. Sample Production

Receive your prototype and refine before production. Lead time: 2–4 weeks

Step 7. Production Order (Plan C or after approval)

Confirm MOQ, timeline, branding application and proceed to manufacture.
